A place to begin

Therapy can begin before the right words arrive.

Sometimes talking alone feels too direct, too limiting, or simply not enough. Expressive arts therapy offers other ways in: a line on paper, a shift in posture, a remembered story, a rhythm, an image, or a moment of play.

My work brings together psychology, Bharatanatyam, expressive arts, counselling, and years of practice across clinical, educational, disability, community, and crisis settings.

Follow my journey

Two ways in

Choose the conversation that fits.

For yourself or someone you care for

I’m looking for support.

For adults, young people, parents, and caregivers beginning a therapeutic conversation.

Begin gently

For a team, school, or organisation

I’m imagining something for a group.

The approach

We follow what is alive, not a fixed formula.

01

Choice before performance

02

Curiosity before judgment

03

The whole person, not a label

04

Creativity grounded in care

A gentle first step

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.

A first conversation is a place to ask questions, share what brings you here, and see whether working together feels right.
